Happy New Year! Z and I rang in the new year in NYC with my sister and some of our close friends. This was our third time celebrating in Times Square and we had the perfect weather for it this year. Last year it was raining and the year before was the coldest New Year’s Eve in a hundred years. There were definitely more people this year because of the great weather, but it was still just as magical!
We were only in the city for two nights so we had to pack all of our favorites into our quick trip. We stayed on the Upper West Side because that’s one of our favorite neighborhoods. We caught up with some of our friends who live in the city and went sneaker shopping. We got sushi at Momoya, had brunch at Z’s absolute favorite restaurant, Jacob’s Pickle, we grabbed gluten free breakfast sandwiches at Daily Provisions another morning, we got Joe & the Juice for a snack, and we had Caffe Buon Gusto for New Year’s Eve dinner (the best GF vodka penne). We hit up all the best sneaker spots on our shopping excursion we went to KITH, Flight Club, and Stadium Goods. We also stopped into the Canal Street Market for boba teas which is where the flower shop pictured above is located!
