After stopping in at our favorite local food hub, Taco Bus, (don’t judge until you try it) we headed off to check out a new destination. This park nestled into the heart of Tampa is a hidden gem. The boardwalk overlooks a swampy lake which is great for spotting all of Florida’s wildlife. I saw my first gator today! The boardwalk also has a viewing tower on the lake which offers a spectacular view (video to come) and we were lucky to have the perfect day for a walk outdoors.
