Over the weekend I got into the Valentine’s Day spirit and whipped up some gluten free M&M cookies to eat and to wrap up for friends as little Valentine’s gifts. I have seriously struggled with making a gluten free cookies from scratch in the past, but I was pleasantly surprised with how well these turned out. They were thick (usually they deflate), they were moist in the center, and Zachary can attest that you can hardly tell they’re gluten free.
Here are all the ingredients I used. I actually forgot the butter in this picture, but did include it in the recipe down below. I highly recommend this gluten free flour, my Mom discovered it and it works so well as the an all purpose flour if you’re eating gluten free. Below is the recipe I followed which you can pin for later by hovering over the image and clicking the Pinterest button.
Here’s how mine turned out!
I get a lot of requests to cover more gluten free topics like recipes, meals, and what brands I prefer so I will incorporating more of those things in the future. If you have any specific post requests feel free to leave them in the comments below.
