Happy Monday friends! The weather here in Florida has been flip flopping on me where one day will be 55 degrees until noon and then it’s 85 degrees and humid! I did get a chance to escape to Savannah, GA for a weekend where it was delightfully chilly (I will have a post on this trip later this week). But for the most part I really just want to break out my sweaters and jackets, but it’s just still too hot here! So I’ve been wearing boots with all of my outfits! I love how I can throw on a pair of boots with a simple outfit like this one and it not only dresses it up, but it makes it feel a little more “fall”. Boots are my absolute favorite kind of shoes so I own many pairs.
In today’s post I’ve rounded up some of my favorite pairs that I own myself and some that are on my wish list! I will say though, if you’re looking to get one really good pair of boots that will last you I highly recommend buying from a brand like Lands’ End or L.L.Bean. I have lots of boots from Nordstrom brands and DSW that I LOVE, but Lands’ End and L.L.Bean boots will last you through winters! I have one pair of riding boots that I’ve had for 4 years and they are Lands’ End along with a pair of ankle suede booties also Lands’ End. I wear them a ton of they are so durable! Also, L.L.Bean makes lots of boots and they are great for colder climates. Basically every single one of my friends who lives in the Northeast owns L.L.Bean boots. They are built to last, unparalleled customer service, and great for snow! For my southern girls though, since we don’t have to worry about snow…. we can have a little more fun!
