I am a spray tan addict now that Undressed Tans opened in Sweatology Studio. I’ve tried all of their shades and I seriously cannot pick a favorite they are all so good! They do custom airbrush tans which is so much better than the booth.

I have a membership at Sweatology because I am obsessed with their sauna pods. It’s super relaxing, a great way too detox, helps when I have sore muscles, and helped me lose some extra lbs for my wedding.

Nail Salon

Frenchies Modern Nails I (813) 252-9416

Their space is insanely clean, no harsh chemical smells, they have very attentive staff. Their CND gel line lasts 3-4 weeks on me and comes off very easily when they soak them which leads to little nail damage. I am obsessed! Find them on IG: @frenchiesmodernnailstampa.

Esthetician

I made my first appointment based on a friend’s referral and I’ve been going for a bespoke facial once a month leading up to my wedding. My skin has never looked better and I now have a few friends that have been seeing Angela too. This is not your average fluffy facial, it is a personalized holistic treatment that has totally changed my skin. I buy all of my skincare products here based on Angela’s recommendations.

Hair Stylist

I go to Brittany at Haas Salon, she’s the owner, and she does great work. I show her photos of what I want and she nails it! The other stylists on her team are also talented! Her salon is beautiful and conveniently located in South Tampa.

Makeup Artist

Ciara was my makeup artist for my wedding and I’ve used her on other special occasions too. She is available for on-location makeup services and also has a studio in Tampa. Super sweet and does meticulous work! Love her for makeup!

Formal Hair Stylist

I used Anna for mine and my bridesmaids’ updos on my wedding day and she is the best! Her team is available for on-location hair and makeup. I can’t recommend them enough! They also do great makeup. I use her for all of my photography clients too!

Lash Extensions

I go to Amanda at Faces of South Tampa for my lashes. She’s very talented and does great work! I usually go three and half weeks before a fill and they still look great. Her space is super clean, cozy, and professional.

The Best Spa Experience

Spa Oceana at The Don Cesar I 727-360-1881

Before you freak out because this post is a Tampa guide and I am recommending somewhere in St. Pete Beach, hear me out! The spa is located at The Don, which is a huge pink palace hotel in St. Pete Beach. If you book a service here you get a spa day pass that gives you access to the ladies’ whirlpool and aroma-infused steam room on top of the services you’re there for. This makes for a great gift or a little self-care. I got my mom and me massages for her birthday here and then we went down to the beach at the hotel and rented chairs and ordered lunch to the beach chairs. It is quite the experience and worth the trip! Make sure if you’re going to the beach that you bring a cover-up, no bathing suits in the hotel!

Eyebrow Waxing

I only trust Kelly with my brows! She maps them and waxes them at every appointment. Mine are super full and healthy looking now that she has been doing them for months! Can’t recommend her enough!

Waxing

When I first moved to Tampa the hardest thing for me to find was a good place to for a wax. I am OCD to the max when it comes to the cleanliness of where I am getting waxed, the procedures, all of it. The place is immaculate and they had specific protocols and procedures they follow. They’re fast too! In my opinion, they’re very reasonably priced too for the quality of services. They also have membership plans that allow you to pay a monthly fee for unlimited waxing on specific areas (i.e. $18/month for unlimited brow waxes). Genius!

Massages

SB Health & Beauty Spa I 813-259-3606

I’ve had massages at a lot of the studios around Tampa and my experience at SB was by far the best. I had a massage with Brandi and it was hands down my favorite! Their entire space is relaxing and smells incredible.
